U to tako\u0111er spada godi\u0161nji odmor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-rhv95613\">U Njema\u010dkoj pravo na godi\u0161nji odmor regulirano je Zakonom o godi\u0161njem odmoru (Bundesurlaubsgesetz, BUrlG). Ovaj zakon osigurava osnovna prava zaposlenika na pla\u0107eni godi\u0161nji odmor, ali postoje i dodatna pravila ovisno o vrsti zapo\u0161lenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-qpl441411\"><strong>Osnovno pravo na godi\u0161nji odmor<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ip5aj1572\">Pravo na godi\u0161nji odmor ra\u010duna se po radnim danima u tjednu. Ako zaposlenik ne iskoristi godi\u0161nji odmor do 31.12., on mo\u017ee propasti, osim ako postoje valjani razlozi (npr. bolest) zbog kojih odmor nije iskori\u0161ten. U takvom slu\u010daju, preostali odmor mo\u017ee se prenijeti u sljede\u0107u godinu, ali se obi\u010dno mora iskoristiti do 31.03.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-u2ih45917\"><strong>Bolovanje tijekom godi\u0161njeg odmora<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-mo3j45919\">Ako zaposlenik oboli tijekom godi\u0161njeg odmora i mo\u017ee to dokazati lije\u010dni\u010dkom potvrdom, ti dani se ne ra\u010dunaju kao iskori\u0161teni odmor i mogu se kasnije nadoknaditi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-8go0s5921\"><strong>Pla\u0107a tijekom godi\u0161njeg odmora<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3ue625923\">Za vrijeme godi\u0161njeg odmora zaposlenik prima istu pla\u0107u kao da je radio (tzv. Urlaubsentgelt).
